Hey Adventurers! I'm Tema! Your Luxury Group Concierge & Planner and Retreat Host
My name is Fatima. I am a food and wine lover, event host, over-the-top and off the charts kind of travel planner and organizer who loves curating extraordinary group travel events. For many years now, I have been planning group events and travel experiences for my closest family, friends and women's social club. My family and friends LOVE to travel, but I noticed how they seemed to dread the “planning” component.
As the Founder of a Women's Social Club, Wellness Organization & Non-Profit and close to a decade of organizing corporate & travel events, I thrive on curating elevated experiences for my friends, family and clients. After doing this for several years, I decided to take a leap and pursue my passion of designing travel experiences full-time.
My Purpose
Melanated Adventurz was born from my dual passion for professional excellence and community advocacy. I realized that our leaders—the Pastors, the CEOs, the Matriarchs, and the Organizers—are often the last ones to actually "be" in the moment because they are too busy managing it.
I decided to use my background in Strategic Planning and Community Organizing to create a "white-glove" group travel management service that speaks our language.
My Mission is Simple:

- I prioritize the Village: We vet every vendor to ensure our spending stays within the global Black economy.
- I power the Purpose: We build fundraising rebates into our trips because I know that your mission needs capital to grow.
