1. Schedule an consultation so that our team can get to know you and your expectations for your group trip. This meeting will cover our full-service booking, marketing materials, motorcoach and airfare, transportation on location, inclusive tours, meals, on-site staff assistance with your group, and much more.
2. Discuss M.A.'s Commission and Incentive Program. Whether you are a private group, club or organization, we offer an exciting commission program with free travel for the group leaders for groups of 35 or more. Commissions will be determined, based on the package and assistance needed for your group.
3. M.A. will plan and execute every aspect of your trip. From creating flyers and hosting your first introductory meeting to booking each of your guests into your trip, M.A. is with you, from beginning to end.
4. Depending on your needs throughout your trip, M.A. can provide up to two staff members to travel with your group of 50 guests. When we travel with your group, we take care of ALL OF THE DETAILS allowing you to relax and enjoy the trip.

Our group tours may be more expensive than other tour companies, which will reflect in the level of service that you and your group will be provided.
