HOST & PLANNER OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Group Trip Host to lead our travelers across the globe. You are the heartbeat of the journey—responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing the daily flow, and ensuring every traveler has a meaningful and fun experience.

• On-Site Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, managing daily schedules for family trips, retreats, and cultural tours.
• Community Building: Facilitate group bonding, lead icebreakers, and ensure a positive, inclusive "vibe" throughout the journey.
• Problem Solver: Calmly and effectively handle any on-the-ground pivots, from weather changes to vendor coordination.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Melanated Adventurz mission, ensuring every guest feels the "emerald and gold" standard of service.
